|What if I don't have a part number?|
|There's thousands of parts out there. The easiest ways to find a part number:
1. Look for a Casting Number off of the part.
2. If you cant find a Casting Number you can call a local Dealer (John Deer,Caterpillar,Komatsu,Bobcat etc) and give them the Serial Number for your machine and they can provide the part number for you. Come back to us with the part number as we will be 30-70% cheaper than OEM.
|Do your Steel Tracks come with Pads?|
|Generally Chains,Pads and Hardware are sold separate. However, our Shops can assemble these for you. This will include a small labor charge. Some of our customers choose to assemble the tracks themselves to avoid Labor Fees. Please let our Parts Specialists know which option you would like when Requesting a Quote along with the Size of your Pads. Some Mini Excavators do have Pre-Assembled Steel Tracks ready for purchase. We are one of the few that offer this option. Please ask your Parts Specialist for details.
|What to know before ordering Bucket Teeth.|
|Bucket Teeth have many different styles. If you don't have a part number please contact a Dealer for the info. Give us the part number and we can place your order. Generally Bucket Teeth and Pins are Sold Separately so you will need to get a part number for The Teeth and The Pins.
|Do you guys offer Repair Links?|
|We do offer links to repair your Chains. In some cases we recommend replacing the whole chain as a Single Repair Link for the Heavy Duty Chains can cost 1/3 of the price of a Brand New Chain. Typically if a link breaks it is a sign of enough wear that replacing the chain might be the cheapest option. Please take a look at our Repair Links Breakdown above. PDF Link
|Do you sell Bearings or Rebuild Kits for Idlers and Rollers?|
|If you have a part number we can try to source the parts for you. Generally we recommend NOT rebuilding Idlers and Rollers. Although it seems like a cheaper option the need to rebuild is a clear sign that the part needs to be replaced. Customers who rebuild parts generally end up coming back to purchase a New Part because the repair didn't hold up. Ordering a new part will save you time and money.
